It's a really stunning piece overall, for a fan-art you kept the important elements(except the eye's color but this can be considered as a style option) and made them even prettier.
You kept the "anime" style in your shading which is okay, but you could have add a little more of contrast and yellowish light to make the girl stand out more.
The girl has some anatomy problems: the arms are too small and her shoulder/breasts are in a wrong perspective, giving a really stiff and uncomfortable pose. The breasts also are too up for this pose but this can be accepted as anime style breasts.
You could work more on the brown fabric,making it more malleable because as now it looks like a jar is sticking out of the water.
